George Hill – Managing Director
Over his 40-year career, George has laid all types of flooring in all environments across the full range of customer segments, but always specialising in the commercial sector.
While he has completed various international projects, he considers his career highlights to be those closest to home.
This includes flooring for such iconic New Zealand locations as the Sky Tower, the Skycity Grand and Crowne Plaza hotels, Eden Park, and the Civic and Aotea centres to name a few.
As Managing Director, George remains actively involved with each project. This enables our customers to tap into his extensive technical product knowledge – ensuring that they get good, honest advice about the best flooring products to suit their specific needs.

Drew Nimmo – Chief Executive Officer
Originally from Scotland, Drew’s international work experience includes Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Australia and the UK.
Having started out as a Civil Engineer specialising in structural design, project management, planning and estimating, he has progressed his career to spend the last 10 years in Business Development and General Management.
Drew has over 20 years’ experience working in the built environment, including 15 years in facilities management and maintenance.
This experience has given him a broad understanding of commercial flooring, particularly with regard to which flooring product works best in each particular environment to achieve optimal safety, durability and user comfort while minimising maintenance needs.
Drew holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School.
